To request a return or replacement, please contact our support team with clear photos or video of the item and packaging within 14 days of receiving your order. Once reviewed, we will provide instructions for the next steps.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly send a free replacement. Refunds may be issued if a replacement is unavailable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
